Terms and Conditions

Check-in/Check-out

• On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 2:00 PM.
• On the day of departure, we kindly request you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM.

 

Payments

• Bank transfer or cash.
• Credit card payments are not accepted.
• In addition to the mentioned prices, we are required to collect the local tourist tax of Euro 2.10 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and above).
• Your reservation becomes binding upon payment of a confirmatory deposit of 1/3 of the total price and receipt of our confirmation. The confirmatory deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation (according to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

 

Cancellation

For cancellations by the guest between the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date, the following cancellation fees apply:
• Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total agreed price;
• Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total agreed price;
• Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price

Pets:

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Smoking:

Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
